# Crocane Treasury The Treasury plays a very important role in Crocane protocol. It provides three extremely critical functions for the growth and sustainability. On each buy 5**%** tax fees and or on each sell order 9**%** tax fees is collected and stored into the $CCANE treasury fund. The treasury functions as additional financial support for the RFV. This additional support can become important in the event of an extreme price drop of the token or an unforeseen black-swan event. It helps to establish a floor value for the $CCANE token.
